One to two squares a day and I'm good to go. It must be Lindt though, 70% extra dark. Trust me, I've done extensive research on this.
Nothing else will do.

Amy - have you tried the "sipping chocolate" at MoRoCo yet? It's really potent - I didn't sleep all night after "drinking" it (you almost need a spoon!) - but it was entirely worth it.
