I had friends over for a barbecue dinner tonight, and besides the corn and burgers, everything we ate, I grew.
In my backyard plot.
In downtown Toronto.

That's great. What do you grow?
Five types of tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, squash, I thought I planted kale but I think it's some sort of cabbage, plus tons of basil, mint, sage, oregano, chives and other bits and bobs. And it really takes zero effort on my part.
Fabulous! I've just this year moved into a house with a garden, so have started small with some potatoes - should be about ready to harvest soon! Planning to try some more stuff next season.
