Bonjour!
I've been to Paris twice before, but for reasons beyond my control and for reasons beyond explaining, I've only spent a total of 16 hours in the city of lights.
I can't wait to hear more about Paris. Um, you are going to tell us more about Paris, aren't you?
"Was it fun in Paris? Who did you see there and was the Madeleine pink at five o’clock and did the fountains fall with hollow delicacy into the framing of space in the Place de la Concorde?"
That's a quote from Zelda Fitzgerald, in a letter to Scott. See? Everyone is curious about Paris.
I'm a Toronto-based food and travel writer and a former food editor for Chatelaine and House & Home magazines. A James Beard nominee, and regular contributor to the National Post, enRoute, Food Arts and Food & Wine among other magazines and newspapers, I like to cook but love to eat. A story I wrote is included in the American anthology “Best Food Writing”. My latest book, "Toronto Cooks", will be out in October 2014. Visit my web site at: www.amyrosen.com
